Dit is een originele 17,5mm film van de Warwick Trading Company bestemd voor de Biokam camera/projector. Op het doosje staat enkel het nummer 1002. Op de zijkant staat de titel The Gamester geschreven (ik veronderstel dat dit de correcte titel is van de film).
De Biokam was een combinatie van een filmcamera, fotocamera, printer, projector, vergroter en omkeerder. Hij werd voor het eerst voorgesteld door T.C. Hepworth bij de London Camera Club op 24 maart 1898. De uitvinders/makers van de Biokam zijn Alfred Darling en Alfred Wrench. De Biokam werd verkocht door Charles Urban's Warwick Trading Company (vanaf Juni 1899). De Biokam gebruikte 17,5mm breede film met een middenperforatie. De WTC bood films te koop aan voor projectie met de Biokam
The Biokam was a combined cinematograph and snapshot camera, printer, projector, enlarger and reverser. It was demonstrated by T. C. Hepworth at the London Camera Club on 24 March 1899. It was patented on 9 November 1898. The inventors/makers of the Biokam are Alfred Darling and Alfred Wrench. The Biokam was sold by Charles Urban's Warwick Trading Company (from june 1899). The Biokam used 171/2mm. centre-perforated film. The WTC offered films for sale for projection with the Biokam.
