Deze filmprojector is van de Duitse firma UFA (Universum Film AG, Berlijn). Deze projector kwam voor het eerst op de markt in 1924, maar werd toen nog geproduceerd door de firma KAAWE (= Kannengiesser , Aders & Wehler G.m.b.H. ) het model had de naam Merkur Heimprojektor. Rond 1925 werd de projector dan uitgebracht onder de naam UFA Heimkino. Ook deze projector kon gebruikt worden als daglichtprojector of TaLiKi (Tages Licht Kino) zie ook de Knittel projector in deze blog. De projector kwam met de originele houten box. Het matglas in de box is nog intact. De box vertoont echter een barst. Ook bij de projector zat een houten filmplakpers (eveneens van de firma UFA). Het is een redelijk zwaar model en het is niet meteen de meest elegante projector, maar hij komt niet vaak voor.
De projector lijkt me compleet. De vlinder is wel gescheurd, maar dit is herstelbaar.

It is a fairly heavy model and it is not the most elegant projector, but he is rather rare.
The projector seems complete. The shutter wheel is torn, but this is reparable.
