Deze speelgoedprojector is van de Duitse firma ICA oftewel Internationalen Camera Aktiengesellschaft'. Deze firma werd in 1909 opgericht te Dresden.
Ica heeft in het totaal zes filmprojectoren op de markt gebracht met als eerste model de ICA Lloyd.
De bekendste projector was de ICA Monopol projector die vanaf 1914 op de markt kwam. Dit was een projector speciaal gericht voor gebruik in 'kleinere' zalen en scholen.
In 1924 kwam ICA dan met hun 35mm Kleinkino projector. Deze werd 'Teddy' genoemd. Het is een speelgoedprojector van de betere soort.
